Site Details

A brief history

The site is currently being used as a retail gas station with an automotive repair shop. Groundwater impact was first observed in 2001 during a proactive site assessment. Soil impact was initially detected in 2003 during the replacement of UST product and vapor recovery lines.

 

Proposed Remediation Plan

The current remediation plan for this site has not yet been established as the delineation of soil and groundwater contamination has not been completed. Synergy is currently working to delineate the extent of the contamination and will develop a remediation plan upon its completion.
